Thank you for investing your time, energy, and passion into the students of Marysville Getchell High School. The Green & Gold Booster Club is here to support your program so you can focus on coaching.

Whether you've coached at MGHS for 15 years or this is your first season, we ask that every coach review the resources below. Our fundraising and financial processes have been updated to create a more consistent, transparent, and sustainable experience for every team.

Become familiar with how the Booster Club supports teams, our services, available resources, and where to find help throughout the season.

This quick guide summarizes the most important fundraising and financial procedures you'll use throughout the year.

Step 3: Complete the Coach Fundraising & Financial Compliance Acknowledgement

All coaches are required to review and acknowledge the Booster Club's fundraising and financial policies each school year.

Step 4: Attend a Booster Club Meeting

We encourage every coach to attend at least one Booster Club meeting each season.

Meet the Board, hear important updates, learn about upcoming opportunities, and collaborate with other programs across campus.

Step 5: Meet with Your Team Parents

Identify one or more parent volunteers who will help coordinate fundraising, communications, and team support throughout the season.

The Event Chair may not be the coach.

Step 6: Submit Your Fundraising Request

Planning ahead gives your team the best opportunity for success.

Submit your fundraiser request as early as possible so our Fundraising and Communications teams have time to assist with planning and promotion.

Step 7: Know How to Spend Team Funds

Before making purchases, review our spending procedures and submit a Spending Request whenever possible.

Our goal is to pay vendors directly whenever feasible.

Step 8: Stay Connected

Bookmark the Resource Center and check back throughout the season for updated forms, policies, event information, sponsorship opportunities, and helpful resources.

The Resource Center is the official home for all Booster Club forms, guides, and procedures.
