Meeting Info
GGBC General Meetings take place on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7pm. In person meetings are scheduled for August 24, November 9, February 8, and May 10 in the MG Building C Commons. All other meetings are virtual on Google Meet: https://meet.google.com/jcj-shig-tmf

Everything you need to send/give to a company to ask them to be a sponsor for our auction.
Auction Donation Form
This form must be filled out by the company who is donating an item and by the team that procured the item(s).
Procurement Letter
This form is for delivering with your auction item request. You can email it or print it and give to the company you are asking to donate.
