RULES & INFORMATION
Thank you for supporting MGHS Class of 2027 Grad Night! Please review the following before placing your order.
ONCE PURCHASED: A Grad Night Representative will follow up via email to collect all the necessary information and to work with you on a delivery date and time.
DELIVERY AREA: Yard Charges are available within Marysville School District Boundaries unless prior arrangements have been made. The recipient must have a lawn or other suitable area where yard stakes can be safely placed. We cannot Charge apartments, gated properties, or locations that volunteers cannot safely access without prior arrangements.
INSTALLATION & PICKUP: Charges will generally be installed during the evening on the date selected. Delivery Window will be provided. Exact installation times are not guaranteed. Displays will generally remain in the yard for approximately 24 - 48 hours. Our volunteers will return to remove the entire display. Recipients are never required to pay to have a Charge removed.
PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR RECIPIENT RESPONSIBLY: This fundraiser is intended to be fun, friendly and good-natured. By placing an order, you confirm that you reasonably believe the recipient will enjoy participating. Please do not send a Charge to anyone if you believe it may cause distress, conflict, or an unwelcome situation.
PROPERTY & SAFETY: Our volunteers will make reasonable efforts to protect lawns and landscaping. Signs will not be placed in flower beds, landscaped areas, extremely hard ground, near obvious irrigation equipment, or anywhere volunteers believe installation could be unsafe or cause damage. Volunteers may decline to install a display if the property is unsafe, inaccessible, unsuitable for yard stakes, or otherwise inappropriate.
PETS & ACCESS: For the safety of our volunteers, please do not request a Charge at a property where volunteers may encounter an unsecured or aggressive animal. Volunteers will not enter fenced or gated areas unless appropriate arrangements have been made in advance.
WEATHER: Installations may be delayed, rescheduled, modified, or canceled because of severe weather, unsafe ground conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If we cannot complete an installation, we will contact the purchaser.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Because installation dates and equipment are limited, orders should be considered final once scheduled. If we are unable to complete your Charge, we will contact you to arrange another date, another recipient, or a refund when appropriate.
OUR SIGNS & LIGHTNING BOLTS: All signs, stakes, lightning bolts, and other display materials remain the property of the fundraiser. Please do not throw away, relocate, alter, or intentionally damage the display. If you need the display removed early, please contact us and we will remove it at no charge.
